Phase 1: Prospecting and Customer Delight
- Ignite and maintain a Positive Mental Attitude (PMA) both in the field and office.
- Embark on daring solo expeditions to storm-affected areas, pioneering prospecting and electrifying cold calls.
- Embark on epic property inspections using high-tech gadgets to document damage.
- Lead property owners through the insurance claim process, securing epic agreements.
- Championing this phase adds approximately 1/3 of the weighted average of Company Sales Commissions to your heroic journey.

Phase 2: Scope Mastery and Contract Conquest
- Encounter insurance adjusters and craft a heroic scope of damage.
- Collaborate with adjusters, creating a line-item estimate using powerful estimating software.
- Formally forge contracts with property owners using a legendary set of build Contracts.
- Your efforts contribute about 1/3 of the weighted average of Company Sales Commissions to your financial conquest.

Phase 3: Profit Maximization and Production Triumph
- Execute estimating and supplementing techniques like a seasoned champion.
- Ride to the rescue of our production team when needed, securing heroic change orders and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Assist the accounts receivable department, ensuring successful collection of payments.
- Help us maintain our financial fortress, ensuring each job's profit margin surpasses 30%.
- This phase contributes approximately 1/3 of the weighted average of Company Sales Commissions to your legendary saga.
- Feed us accurate information, insights, and valuable leads.
- Participate in electrifying company meetings, sales rallies, and advanced training sessions.

- Keep the production and accounts receivable departments informed of all developments.
- Actively cold calling, door knocking, canvassing, and networking.
- March alongside us in our relentless pursuit of financial greatness, achieving a minimum of $100,000 in monthly contracted sales.
- A Driver's License and a trusty steed (vehicle).
