We are a fast-growing, nationally backed roofing and exterior company serving South Jersey. As a young company, we’re expanding quickly and need a driven sales professional who wants to take ownership of their success and income.

What You’ll Do:
- Generate your own leads through door knocking, networking, and referrals
- Run in-home sales appointments across South Jersey
- Perform exterior inspections (roof, siding, gutters) and identify homeowner needs
- Document findings with photos, notes, and clear reports
- Educate homeowners on roofing, siding, gutters, and window solutions
- Close deals and manage projects from start to finish
- Attend local networking events and build community relationships
- Represent a trusted national brand in the community
What You Bring:
- Strong work ethic and self-discipline
- Self-motivated and competitive mindset
- Comfortable with door knocking and face-to-face prospecting
- Strong communication and closing ability (or willingness to learn)
- Ability to travel throughout a large service area
- Valid driver’s license

Compensation:
- 100% commission-based

Compensation: $80,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
